I placed an order with EMGEW November 29,2022 and still haven't received it ,it's now January 16, 2023. correspondence has been scant through email and there's no customer service number. initially it was shipped under US UNGUE #5962 the postal service can't identify the shipping tracking number provided for me to track the order and though the company is still taking orders and the website hasn't changed my order has been deleted from the account I created to place my order. They offered to refund me 60% of my purchase which I said No. I want my full purchase amount but nothing has been refunded and different people respond via email days later to respond to my inquiry via email about my product refund. the songuesu.com seen in the photo below is where I first initiated inquiry about my order and this company. I came across their website Https://emgewl.com/ where I placed my order under an umbrella name Women's Apparel Discount Store and still nothing to accommodate me in refund of my purchase for never recieving my purchased products.
