Subject: Renewal Notice#904276 Annual Services Resumed Again! Customer Id#9638GL48071 they claimed that the last year protection services have been updated today April 7,2023. McAfee has processed a payment for $395.89 which would reflect on the bank account statement in a few hours. The same fee will be debit again on 06, 2024. ( auto debit) unless cancelled. They wanted me to contact them at 1-833-643-0347 which I did. I first spoke to a young woman that called herself Amy and she went into my computer and put in a refund request form I could see she was using her mouse to write information but then she transferred call to another person to fill out another form that requested my Bank's Name, Checking Account or Savings Account that's when I got suspicious he was being very pushy and saying they were legit, also asked if I did banking online. I said to him if you took the money you should know what Bank and what account, you should just refund. I did not complete information on the online form, and hung up. He kept calling me I didn't answer and blocked the number. After I refused to write information they were on my computer using their mouse but I managed to shut down the computer. I notified my Bank. Very frustrating and scary situation
