I ordered a "realistic" Labrador Retriever puppy toy from this site in November (technically, my 8-year-old picked it out as a gift for her sibling). I was notified that it was shipped the next day, but then never heard anything else. The order says it was shipped FedEx, but the tracking number is not a FedEx tracking number. I emailed customer service and got no response. Then I looked at the company's Facebook site and saw all the complaints about unfilled orders. I kept looking and have found multiple company names and websites that seem to all be the same thing, including The Emma Reborn Dolls (https://sotrulyreborn.com/). I paid for the item through PayPal and the receipt shows up as "Bumbo Bumbo" and lists a non-working website. The web order went through a Chinese website, Shoplazza, which also has a number of negative reviews. I'm really disappointed.
