After several email correspondence, we paid for kitten (foolishly) via PayPal believing it was being shipped 2 days later once our contract on breeding was drawn up. We never got kitten and came to know it was a scam when a friend contacted Pure Maine C o o n pretending to be interested in 2 kittens, one being the kitten that we had already paid for. after receiving same info and videos and a few email exchanges, Pure Maine C o o n instructed her to send payment for the same kitten, which our friend didn't do. She asked specifically to confirm that it was "Domenica", which was to have been our kitten and they confirmed this along with same video we had received. We tried several attempts to stop payment and to request refund. Cannot reach seller anymore. PayPal has told us that it is under investigation and that their account is frozen. They are probably still up and running under new account and website is still there and shows same kittens. They need to be shut down!
