I made the purchase on 15-08, on the buybuy baby website and then I was forwarded to the emmiss website. I purchased a mini crib and a transport chair, both for my daughters. The website claimed that the store was closing and therefore the products were on sale. I was tracking the delivery until the last update was that it was delivered to Hollywood and I live in Massachusetts. On the same day I sent an email asking why my products had been delivered to another state. And I got several excuses, until today, another email responded, claiming that my products were delivered to my home and that I should check with a family member, neighbors or go to the local post office.
