This website is, by omission, selling "official certificates of registration" for Emotional Support Animals that are not needed for proof of eligibility. All is needed for an animal to qualify is a mental health professional letter, but they deceptively sell these certificates by omitting this information everyone on their website, taking advantage of people who don't know this. They should make explicit those certificates are NOT needed and just stick to their other products.
