Ordered a portable electric scrubber brush - order no. ***************. Sent 3 brushes, but no handle. After many e-mails to this company, they only offered me 10% off to buy a new handle. I offered to send back the brushes, but they did not offer to send me the full product - handle & brushes. I asked for a full refund, but they refused.
