Paid 500$ thru western union to benjermin roys in Oklahoma City for a lab puppy .... once money was paid the web site was gone

This is a online business, selling dog puppies, the owner just wanted money transfer from Western Union or Money Gram, he does not want any other form of payment, and in western union told me that this address and name is fake and they didn't allow me to send money. I almost send $650 dollars but WU told me not to send it, It's red flagged in WU. The website still available and he can scam any person.

Hello we had been shopping for a puppy to replace the death of our pet, and a friend for our other dog, we used the website www.empiresgoldens.com and saw a puppy for purchase, it was a scam, we contact our Navy federal Credit Union to Wire $550.00 to Donald Omarley at: No 13 N. Oklahoma City, Ok 73106. Navy Federal received a confirmation # 8958823724 which he was sent by me to pick up the money. He did just that, which today I have a case # *** with Western Union, and A police report #*** with Oklahoma City Detective. I also reported to the Government www.ic3.gov for investigation today. The website is currently still up, he has block our phone calls, and he got the cash from a Del City Oklahoma Western Union 1800-448-1492.

We contacted this company about adoption of a puppy. She had a name and pictures of her on the website. We were to send a deposit of 300.00 to ensure she was ours and then we were to chose to ship the puppy. Well we noticed they were in Oklahoma city so only living an hour away we asked if we could just pick up the puppy. I called to speak to the man who had ano accent and asked if I could paypal the money or do a money order. He said no the easiest way for was to do a cash wire transfer from a money gram or use a debit card. I talked to him on the phone twice and comfirmed I would send the money today. It started to feel weird so I had my husband call and ask if we could come look at the puppy and bring cash for purchase. He said he would talk to his wife and get back with us. I started to do a little research and google mapped the address which showed a picture of a gas station. I then Google Image searched some of their photos and they showed up on reported scam websites. I just wanted to report them so that they couldn't take advantage of anyone else. Thank you
