Want to the empire state building where skyline workers bombard you before you walk in the door. We were told that there is a wait of an hour and 30 minutes and that ticket prices are $49 but if we pay an extra 6 we can go straight up. The tickets came out to be 64 a piece, which didn't add up but was all ready for. When he escorted us in the building on the other side he told us that because we paid the y extra we get a complimentary skyline ride. It wasn't complimentary. It was all a lie. The tickets were 32 dollars and there wasn't but a 5 minute wait. The managers at the empire state building couldn't help us. The price we should have paid was 96 but istead that was doubled to 192. We want our money back. That is fraud
