This number (941) 213 - 2842 posing as an employment agency called me and asked "can you hear me" and I stupidly said "yes" because I had applied to positions online recently. I don't know how they are going to use this against me, but is there anything I can do to protect myself now. Thank you.

A man introduced himself as somone from an employment agency, calling regarding a job I supposedly applied for. His voice cut out, he then repeated his introduction, asked if I could hear him, and then when I said yes, he hung up.

Automated person asking if you can hear them and say they are reaching out about an employment inquiry that you made. The call gets disconnected from there. When I called back I received another automated person asking the same questions.

They called saying that I used their website recently (never named the website) and asked if "I could hear them?" I immediately hung up after hearing that cause I've read about a recent scam happening in Oregon with this question being asked.

call from somebody with a foreign accent. 14th December 2016

Said they had seem my resume and was looking to place in a company in the gandy blvd 33702 area. Seemed the work was stock and order processing. I could not understand everything they said will call you back in 5 mins never happened.
