In addition she said:
"I'll have our HR to send you full job details so you can get better understanding about the job and so on anything you need more clarification, the HR is ready to discuss, explain and confirm it clearly to you in full capacity and i believe your going to be impressed"
I agree on sending my details to this HR person. Actually the person was not HR, it was a kind of refereer to the business.
She sent me a whatsapp message, never audio. Her name is Sharon and her Telegram profile name is @sharon2437. She explained the following:
"Quintessentially is a platform that offers online travel packages, good travel services, and it's an online work about helping merchants to increase their visibility and viewership. Your work is to support the merchant by giving high ratings on different journeys to attract more travelers for booking their tours.
I'll give you training through out the process step by step until you will get your salary." She then asked me to use telegram so she could include me in a group of other members and share her guide material.
"This job is a freelance job, we can complete the work provided by the merchant on this job every day, every day start by completing the 40/40 journeys from my training account and get 30% on your account, you will be able to use this balance to start your account to earn a daily income!"
After she gave me "her" login and password to start training in the platform how to do the job, I noticed that, in some cases, you need to pay a merchant what they call as a "recharge" for a bonus ticket that will make your own account balance negative. To do that you actually get from the Service Support a cryptocurrency wallet address or a bank details and make the actual payment. Using her profile, this recharge was CAD 788.36 and, according to her, this value would be refunded to her at the moment she finishs the daily journey. Then she had a second one whose amount was CAD 1,114. On her profile, all these amount was reverted to her on her balance to be withdraw lateron.
Then it was the tricky part. Before explaining how this withdraw works, she asked me to sign up an account with my details. I put my email and telephone number and from there I could see that she had shared 30% of her commission to my profile already. Then I should do the 40 journeys and had to paid CAD 42 for one bonus ticket. I stuck at this moment cause I was not feeling comfortable on making bank transfers to strangers. Our problem started from this point. After that, all my questions about the whole process flow and money track were not answered properly. I read quickly the T&C in their website and I thought that if I could finish that journey and withdraw the money within that day I could delete my account. But for some reason, all commands were stuck and under review for more than one day. It was frozen and I was not able to withdraw the balance nor deleting the account. Sharon doesn´t answer to my messages anymore. The Service Support says they are not responsible for giving guidance over the process and some commands are on refereer power as the business is run by them. I tried many ways to contact her and get more explanation, tried to talk to other members of the Telegram group but they refuse to receive calls and give vague written answers to my questions.
If you google about this company you don´t find information on this "marketing" operation. There is no job contract and the T&C is very brief. It is like a loop that keeps you trapped to the system. The refereer argument is that NOBODY would EVER refuse this job.
