I am a nurse practitioner. I applied for a job listing on Indeed for a company called ReNAD IV therapy. The role for an IV nurse. I was then hired to be the nursing director. The job was a start up from the past year. The description was to give Mobile in home IV NAD for drug and alcohol addiction. We never launched. I signed a contract and have extensive emails about pay coming that never did. My contract indicates pay starting 4/3/23. I was never paid from a payroll company despite it being set up via ADP and was told an investor breached and the money is eventually coming. Owner/ceo paid me twice from his personal account via cash app and zelle (once in April for $1500 and May for 1600). When asked about pay and finally treating clients on 6/16/23 I was let go. Still with promise of pay. Other employees have not been paid either. There was an email that was sent to me on the day I was fired detailing all of where money has gone, investor breach, use of family money, credit card debt, etc. The issue is that this email shared with me was from March 23 just a few days before I signed contract showing the lack of financial solvency. This owner/ceo had other companies prior that are no longer running, unclear why. The owner/ceo has blocked his phone and social media and is no longer responding to emails.
