The real businesses website (https://alvescoconstruction.com) prominently displays an alert for an employment scam. In addition, ICANN lookup (https://lookup.icann.org/en/lookup) shows that the scammer's domain (alvescoconstructionusa.com) was created days ago, 2024-07-21, and the real business's domain (/alvescoconstruction.com) was created in 2022. This is an employment scam. At this point, I was offered an IT job and asked to review a document.
