They offer ne online work from home with a check deposited to my account and take put 150 sign in bonus

This started from a job offer through "Roger Owens" who happens to be a member of the Audacy, Inc team. An email in all bold text with no business logo mentioned the need to download an app called signal to speak with a Mr. Clarance Newton. He proceeded to interview me for a remote online work-from-home position. Once I was "offered the job" (which his grammar and punctuation were terrible), he mentioned the corporate office for Audacy in in Turkey (it's not, it's in PA). Additionally, he said the company would supply me with specific equipment and software via a check that would be mailed to me. He mentioned I would receive an offer letter for work. The company's website did not have the job listed that he stated I was hired for. Also, with the check, he mentioned I would keep $150 as a sign on bonus and use the rest to purchase equipment. This sounded quite fishy. I relayed my concerns, to which he said "All I need you to do is good work and trust me." There is no company based information provided, and one of the entry questions asked about me having a credit card. This seemed to odd.
