I received a text from an unknown number saying that they saw my resume on indeed and thought I’d be a good fit for their company Avalo Therapeutics. Then proceeded to set me up with someone via Zoom messaging. They did an interview fully through messaging and then offered me the job right after. They sent me an email with a W4 and a job description that was very unprofessionally made (multiple mistakes and just overall doesn’t look well made). This email that sent me this was [email protected]. I did not complete the W4 because I wasn’t about to give them my social security #. They also said they’d send me a check with funds to purchase the working materials. They did get my full name and address in the interview but that’s it.
