During the probation period, you will receive a payout of $1020 per week for full-time positions and $510 per week for part-time positions. During the trial period, you will have the following responsibilities:
Directly communicate and report to your manager.
Keep your mobile phone turned on during working hours.
Avoid engaging in activities that may hinder your assigned tasks.
Diligently complete all assigned tasks, as this will impact the decision regarding your permanent employment.
Provide reports on each task performed.
As your supervisor during the trial period, I will be personally invested in your success and well-being. Therefore, it is crucial that you check your email frequently and respond promptly to my messages. I recommend connecting your cell phone to an internet connection to ensure consistent and timely communication.
Once you have completed the e-Sign Agreement, kindly notify me, confirming that you have signed the contract.
