I interviewed on Telegram. They sent me an offer letter. I gave them my personal information including my ss and my drivers license. Today they wanted my bank account with my password. I knew something was wrong.

The following email is the initial contact from the scammer. I had a two hour chat with the scammer on Microsoft Teams who claimed to be "Greg Morris" with a picture that I found on their website. This Greg Morris had many different job titles used, and none matched the job title on the website. The positions listed as available on the website also did not match the position I was offered.

Good Morning

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Jim Larson, and I am a Recruiter at CareMetx LLC. I am pleased to inform you that after careful consideration of your application, you have been selected for an online interview for the position of Chat Support remote positions within our organization.

Interview Details:

The meeting will take place at/on [Microsoft Teams/instant messaging front and back platform] and will last about 1 hours, send a message through the Teams ID in the bracket (https://teams.live.com/l/invite/FEAi6i8aNBP6TPd_ig). HR Manager Greg Morris will be online waiting to brief you about the JOB and INTERVIEW process.
