To whom it many concern, it has came to the unfortunate conclusion that this company, Hidalgo Group, LLC had triggered my bank to tell me that the echeck that this company has made me deposit for the purchase of required work equipment has been flagged as a fraudulent check in which the check consisted over $4,000. This resulted for my bank account to be on hold of all funds, then once fraud protection has returned the funds to the account where’d the check came from, my bank will close my account as a preventative procedure. My bank has instructed me if the check was real, then the company Hidalgo Group, LLC would have to provide a required bank statement to validate the check being authentic. However, the Director of Operations, David Garcia, has been notified by me to provide the required documents, but has failed to follow through. Currently, Mr. Garcia has ceased to response back to me from 9:22am to 6:20pm, which I specifically told him to provide me the bank statement before the bank closes, which is at 5:30pm. The sudden communication cut off has made it clear that this company would possibly be scamming people by having freelancers, like me, to provide bank account information so their “Human Resources” department can provide those involved an Echeck via email. Once the check has been sent, people would be instructed to mobile deposit the check, in which within 24-48 business hours, the funds of the check will be available. Please be advise that my bank account is being monitored by a fraud protection program, so that is how I came to know about this company’s fraudulent check. I fear that many other people might be scammed by this company’s employers, and would like to have the Better Business Bureau investigate how this company, Hidalgo Group, LLC is managing in sending and receiving funds to and from employees, freelancers and these “vendors” they work with. Prior to everything, I have signed a contract with Hidalgo Group LLC that specifies work procedures and maintains confidentiality during work hours. However, since the company has violated our contract agreement by failure to provide required verification documents, resulting in lack of work progress, and providing a fraudulent check, I have terminated the contract with Hidalgo Group LLC within my own right. Every communication between me and Hidalgo Group LLC has been ceased. I will prefer to remain anonymous as possible for any information that the ScamPulse.com might provide to Hidalgo Group LLC, which could risk my own safety since the company does have my home address and I fear that a retaliation could happen against me. If the Better Business Bureau would like to discuss information or documentation regarding this case, please let me know. Thank you so much and hope that this company does not scam more people.
