The communication had numerous typographical and grammatic errors.
During the Internet interview, I was asked thirteen (13) questions about my background and work ethic.
I was also asked for the name of my bank which I declined to provide until a formal offer of employment (following background check, etc.) had been made.
After the questions were answered, I received this message:
"Based on your responses,You scored 8.5 out of a possible 10. , you have just been confirmed qualified for this position. You are now offered the job position...you are HIRED! " [sic]
"We will be sending you important documents, including paperwork to review, sign, and working materials, via mail. To ensure that everything reaches you correctly, please provide the following information for verification purposes:

Email address:
This information will be used by my secretary to add you to our register."
On Wednesday, February 21, 2024, I received an email entitled "WELCOME TO THE TEAM" with the following four (4) attachments:
JOB EMPLOYMENT LETTER
a picture (.jpg) of Form W-4 Employee's Withholding Certificate
Employment form (Application For Employment
VITAL HEALTHCARE DEPOSIT FORM (Direct Deposit Form)
Because of Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker, ID: ****** ***************************************************, I reached out by telephone, email and LinkedIn InMail to contacts provided on company website and LinkedIn.com to confirm the legitimacy of this contact or confirm its fraudulent nature.
I have no response to my proactive contact efforts.
I am suspending contact with all parties connected with this scheme.
