We received your completed talent commercial application form. The creative team of Sunrise films has properly accessed your portfolio credibility and potential. As a result, we selected you for the Consumer male & female lead role. Find the attached talent release agreement.
After both parties sign the talent release contract, the accounting department will immediately process the payment of $4,718.33 to cover your deposit payment $750 from the total booking fee of $2,500 and $3,969.33 for your wardrobe order. Include you and your partner's passport with the signed talent release for travel and hotel booking. We will assign you to a stylist shortly.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT
DATE: Friday, 3rd February 2023 and Saturday, 4th February 2023.
TRAVEL DATE: Thursday, February 9th, 2023
RETURN DATE: Sunday 12th, February 2023
TIME: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
SHOOT LOCATION: Paradise Island Dr Nassau, Bahamas
FLIGHT& HOTEL: Two Airline Premium Economy tickets, accommodation, and ground transportation.
REMUNERATION — Sunrise films agree to pay the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty $1,250.00 per day. Two Thousand Five Hundred $2,500.00 for two (2) days. Five Thousand $5,000.00 for Twelve (12) months.
RETAINER, PRE-NEGOTIATIONS & WARDROBE EXPENSES — Sunrise films will make an all-in-one payment of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty $4,718.33 to talent, for talent’s down payment fee of Seven Hundred Fifty $750.00 and the balance of Three Thousand Nine Sixty-nine Thirty Three Cent $3,969.33 for wardrobe. You will receive the balance of Six Thousand Seven Fifty $6,750.00 after the shoot.
USAGE — Five Thousand USD $5,000.00 for Twelve (12) months usage across the UK, US, Canada, India and Ireland. Includes web, printed collateral, digital/social/mobile, print, public relations, and one press kit with names and link credits.
