Type of a scam Online Purchase
The is listed for $199.99 when you buy a pair. I purchased the pair and put in the code for the batteries. I Checked out and noticed that the price didn't go down.
I then called the company at 1-800-813-5052
The guy told me that regular price is $399.99 for 1 hearing aid, and that the ad is correct. it's 399.99 for 1 and you get the other free. I then said "well that is double that price of $199.99."
He told me I needed to read the ad. Ok at this point I get the ad says under the $199.99, each when you buy the pair. So i then ask the guy what is free?
Cause if im getting $199.99 deal, Im not getting anything free, Im paying 399.99 for the pair. But if I do the Buy 1 Get 1 free it's still 399.99 total.
All in all, stop messing with the people, just give to us straight. This is so misleading and the company thinks it was funny when I called and was pissed.He said "read what it says under the 199.99." Horrible customer service too.
