I Spoke to a agent named Pink on phone number 1-800-338-4015. She could not find a policy for me with my name or the plan number. Then asked me to call 1-877-778-2100 I spoke with Kendra here I gave the same plan number 3 times, she expressed that the letter sent to my address wasn't from the company she works for. She stayed on the phone with me for 1 hours as I looked up the information on the company, I couldn't find anything that stood out to this company being a real 401k plan service. I actually don't work right now that was the part that didn't make it believable. I haven't taken a 401k plan with anyone

Received quarterly Wood Resources Employee Savings Plan Statement from an unknown employee or account. It had a Particpant ID# and Plan#. Called the # 800-338-401, shown on statement, and a recording wanted SSN to go any farther. Hung up and looked up company on internet. Company is shown at a Parking Garage. Reporting to you.
