I scheduled a chiropractor appointment and attempted to cancel it twice over the phone and twice via text during the week of the appointment, well before the cancellation deadline. Despite my efforts, the clinic still charged my card and declined to issue a refund, offering only a credit instead. Upon requesting a refund to my card, they adamantly refused and accused me of harassment. It's important to note that I never received the service for which I was charged.
