I purchased a product from Empress Ancient Secrets on March 2, 2020 totaling $84.75. I was issued a tracking number, 9400111899561672364275, on March 14, 2020. I never received the products and requests for updates and refunds went unanswered.

I placed and order in July and they quickly charged my card and took their money. I never received any product nor any responses to ANY of my inquiries. The company has since changed their name MULTIPLE times - the last name that I saw them use was Feminine Goddess. SUCH A FRAUD. If they are having issues why would the not try to reach out to customers and at least provide a refund for products never received.

I have also been scammed by Ancient Empress Secrets $132.50! I have sent numerous emails with no response. I was being super nice as I thought that they may be held up due to Covid19... I ordered on 10th June 2020 and still received nothing it is now 1st Oct 2020 and not even a message. I am beyond pissed! All I want is a refund I am so over it. Now the website is down which confirms to me that it's a scam!

I placed an order on April 18 2020 payed $30 and I never received my product . After a while waiting I started to send e-mail and still not getting any info about my order. I decided to check the website and it unavailable. I am so frustrated definitely this company is not serious . I placed a $30 order to empress ancient secrets on April 16th 2020. I contacted them via their website
http://empressancientsecrets.com/ and sent a message inquiring about my order. I didn’t receive a reply back . I then in June sent another message stating that I still haven’t received my package that was suppose to be shipped out may 1st 2020. Via usps tracking number which still says USPS is still awaiting the package. I then proceeded to contact them on their Instagram page on June 18 2020 and stated i have not received my package and to cancel and refund my order. which since then they have now changed their name to something completely different and also deleted their original website. I attached a picture with their new name and website which Still have their original company name on the posted products. I placed an order on April 24th, it’s now July 12th And I’ve yet to recieve my $75 dollar order. I’ve sent emails, DM’d them on Instagram, after I commented on their Instagram posts they DM’d me back and said my order would be sent out in 2 weeks... That was mid June. Still nothing. This company is a joke. If anyone sees this and you’re considering spending your coin, DON’T!

This business has changed its name every year for the past three years. Its current name is Empress Ancient Secrets in 12/07/2019 they changed it from Sacredbody Wellness. They scan people into buying their holistic products but customers never receive item after payment. Customers can send direct messages to the company in which they send a tracking number indictating a shipping label has been made but no further details. After months of not receiving products, The company refuses to.acknowledge a refund or guarantee a delivery.
