We paid and ordered some sample products from Istanbul, Turkey and that company is working with EMS Parcel Services in order to expedite the shipping process. We then got an email from an EMS Parcel Service company based in California but there is only one person that answers the phone and he is very unprofessional. For EMS Post to be such a big company and only one person answering the phone doesn't make any sense to us.

In another email, he asks us to pay for a refundable import insurance, either in cash to an agent or bank wire to an international bank in Poland. This immediately raised red flags, on top of being separate entities to EMS Post and USPS.
