I orderd items off of facebook and the company said it shipped I have been emailing them since July 20th and have requested a refund they keep saying they sent the money then make a excuse as to why I haven't received it. I can not even view the order anymore or the site.

They stated my items were sent, twice then stated that they could not be delivered to my area, I live in Metra area, so everyone delivers to me. They fought with me to get a refund, going on 2 months now

Products were clothing from this site marketed as jedy blue jeans at a fraction of the price. Tbey use facebook influencers and use there videos and advertise the clothing at cheap prices. After i bought some items i got a tracking code. I then recied a very fake ring from china in the mail i didnt order. After i fot an email that my clothes were delivered but no package. I emailed they said they would send again. The next package said delivered in less than 10 days, when the first package took 23. I emailed agian they say i cant gwt a refund because its the couriers fault they wont deliver to my area and they sent it 2 x now and they are losing money. They offersd to send a refund of 70%of what i paid which i know i wont get.
