My Mother had several fraudulent charges to her bank card from a place called enchantedpetspot.com. She's never orderedanything from there, nor ever even heard of that place. She is retired, widowed, on a fixed income and can barely afford her own groceries, and now her bank account has been wiped (charged almost $400 out of her account in varying amounts)! The phone number on her bank statement showed this number:(844) 407-5984. She called to dispute the charges and the company kept asking her for an account number, card number, or her email address, but she declined because she realized it was just more of an attempt to get her information. Please assist! This website is running people's cards and charging them for things without permission, and they stole her card information somehow. She does not shop online, she is not tech savvy at all.
