Made an online purchase for a 5 pc patio set with fire pit and never received it.. it’s been over 3 months and still waiting for a refund that I’ll probably never receive. Seller only offered 50 percent refund which is ridiculous

Ordered luggage though an add on Facebook promoting that is was from Amazon. Luggage never received, but did receive a scarf. I believe this is so they can say that the package was delivered even though it was the wrong thing.

Ordered set of suitcases. tracking info said product was delivered. I never received it. Contacted company and they said they delivered it.
