Contacted by a company claiming to be hiring for a customer service position. Asked to download an app to conduct an interview. Typical questions then immediate job offer. Emailed a document that looks official but is not. Emailed the HR of the department of the “company” and was responded to telling me it was a scam. Company appears to be legitimate but someone is using the company’s name.
