I saw an ad on Instagram and decided to order two pairs of cargo pants about seven weeks ago. To this day I have yet to receive my package and I have communicated with them multiple times in regards to the status of the delivery. They can’t even provide me a tracking number and they refused to give me a refund. This is definitely a scam.

And of course the phone number doesn’t work

Clicked Facebook ad and went to site, chose product, bought with debit card, never received been almost two months and nothing came. Contacted “customer service” and was given auto message that tracking wasn’t updated but no number to call or any real answers. Emailed more and more with no response or refund.

The pants I ordered to a little over 2 months to get to me. When I received them I realized the quality was so poor. The fabric is so thin you could see my underwear thru it. I contacted customer service, they said the pants are great quality but they could offer me $3 USD for compensation. I paid over $45

I purchased clothing online. I received them about 2 months later and they were of very poor quality. I contacted the customer support via email to ask them for the returning address. Their website mentioned “30-days satisfaction guarantee with money back” and “100% simple & risk-free purchase”. Hence why I purchased from them. But they refused to give me the returning address, going back and forth for almost 3 weeks, telling how too expensive for me it will be to ship, offering me to refund me $3 instead. We are now at about 15 emails exchanges and still the same reply and no returning address even though all my emails ask to "Please provide returning address".

Ordered 2 pairs of Cargo pants, took about 2 months to received, then they are not what was described on their site, tried to reach them to request a return and refund and they are refusing. They offered me $3 back. absolutely unacceptable. I even offered to pay for the return label. they rebuttal saying the order is correct, and it's not.

False advertisement, super delayed shipping, poor quality and horrible looking products that didn't look like what was advertised. Their return policy says if you are not satisfied, contact their customer service.
After many email exchange, they are going to refund me only $3USD while I paid $125USD for trash products. Shameful!

I ordered two jumpsuits from this website. Items came a month later and the product was super cheap and did not fit. Was very short in length and not as described. They also said it was one of Oprah’s favorites. That is not true. They will not refund my money! $94. They will not accept it back and said it would be too expensive to return and offered me $5. WTF! They also suggested I give to a friend! I would not give this to my least favorite person! What can I do?

Site uses images from FreePeople and advertises FreePeoples jumpers/overalls as their own. When the product arrives, it is made with poor quality fabric, dimensions are completely wrong, pant legs are short, inseam is too tight, front crotch area protrudes, completely wrong colors. It is 100% a scam company and the return process is a joke. Also, when I made the purchase, it was for $55.02 but my bank was charged $66.02. When I reached out to the company to discuss my issues, they stated they sent the correct product and they would not process a return. Once I mentioned that I knew they stole FreePeoples advertisment, they tried to compensate me with $5. I have been communicating back and forth with them for two weeks now (they only respond at night) and they finally gave me the address to return the item which I have to pay shipping for. This is the address they want me to send it back to 205, Building A1, Bada Industrial Zone, Yongfu Road, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. SCAM

I ordered one of their jumpsuits and when it finally came (a month later) it looked nothing like the images online. The products material was for from what it portrayed online. It was too small and bunched up weird in the backside area. It's hilariously ridiculous looking.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with online. Their promise product and advertise product looks like a very comfortable cotton breathable romper. Whatever received was a subpar cheap attempt at a romper. I am out over 100 American and as a Canadian veteran that is a lot of money. Post Covid, and in the midst Of a recession, this company should be ashamed. Please find attached below the promised product and they received product.

Ordered jumpsuits. Hideous cheap fabric, unwearable, like wearing a plaatic bag. Still stinks after two washes. But unwearable anyway, just sweat like nothing else. Poorly sewn, seams all puckered and bunched up. Like a 5 yr old sewing. Pretended on a fake delivery tracking that they were coming from Cincinatti, when they came from China. Uncrupulous greedy dogs.

I just received my order very disappointed with quality and size different material , I just want to returned and I hopefully I’ll get my money back

I bought 2 of their jumpsuits, they were not as described and the body length was too short causing pulling at the crutch. had to pay to return for a refund and have sent numerous emails to no avail. Im now $100 plus return postage costs. they have not responded to any of my communication so buyers BEWARE.The material was not as described and their clothing is outsourced to CHINA but we are paying them US dollars.DO NOT SHOP AT ENCOURAGEY. they are scammers. Does anyone know the best way to persue these scammers

I saw an ad on Instagram for an overall type clothing item from this brand and ordered it as they were having a sale. I received it and it was NOT what I had seen advertised. The material was different, it was cheaply/poorly made and didn't fit at all. When I contacted them about a return they keep giving me a run around. Then they offered me $3 or $5 back as compensation. Then they had the nerve to say I should just gift it to someone else. I just want to return their ****** scammy product and have my money back. I did more research after this ordeal and apparently, I'm not the only one who's been scammed or had a bad product from this terrible company. At this point, I just don't want anyone else to get scammed.
