Endless Furniture is an Etsy shop claiming to make handcrafted custom furniture. I ordered and paid for a $1253.50 custom console on March 13, 2019. On March 27, I inquired about the order and requested an ETA. I was told to expect a 15 wk turnaround. The console finally arrived in August heavily damaged and falling apart. We didn't sign for it and it was returned to Endless Furniture with our request for a full refund. The owner, Marissa Hernandez, told me to take it up with the shipping company. The shipping company offered an $865 reimbursement for the damages. I shared this with Marissa and she has offered to provide a refund in $100/mo. increments. Etsy has a time limit when it comes to filing claims. By the time our damaged console arrived, the time limit had passed. We're out $1253.50, don't have the console we paid for, and Etsy is unwilling to help.
