Ordered two bjj gi's and a pair of grappling shorts on 12/09/23 from the company's website. My credit card was immediately charged and I received an email for confirmation of my order and a list of the ordered items. I gave the company some time to process my order but then received no further follow up from them regarding it's status. The company has no stated business phone number and the only way I could reach out to them was through the order status check on their website and company email on their facebook page, I tried to reach them through both of these means. I have received no correspondense from this company and it is now February.

Placed an order December 11. Credit card was charged $50.24. The only contact information for the company is through Messenger. I have sent multiple messages and they haven’t even been opened. No phone number to call, no actual email address.
