The ad said 14 day free trial, postage said mailed 5 days after order, I had product for approx 4 days when my credit card was charged. When I called to complain they said I should have called if I had not received the product within 3 days. That still would not have allowed enough time for trial.

There is no return address on the package so can not send back.

They will not refund or take product back
