I completely understand how frustrating this situation is. Unfortunately, neither the seller nor we have the ability to delete/revoke the key as the seller is not a direct publisher of your digital key. Since the code was already displayed (viewed), we are unable to provide a new key or issue a refund for it.
Please consider getting in contact with your local authorities and informing them about this situation as they'll have procedures in place to help you resolve this transaction.

Delete the code my son purchased, and email him a new code then. And I will have to go buy whatever gane if was for so my sons atleast using the code he bought. Local law enforcement here in the states will have zero authority to track this person that lives in some other country.

Thank you for getting back to us and providing additional information. I'm sorry to hear that your child has been a victim of online fraud. Eneba is not associated with any loan company or any other company that issues any kind of loan. We urgently encourage you to get in contact with your local authorities and inform them about this situation as soon as possible.
From our side, since this transaction was made by your child with his own payment details, our security system didn't detect any suspicious activity. And since the key was already displayed, I'm sorry to tell you that we can't revert the transaction. However, we are more than happy to help the authorities by providing any required information.
Additionally, we are going to flag your child's account, this way nobody will be using it again on our site. If you wish to purchase with us again in the future, let us know and we will go through a review process to allow you to gain access to your account again.
I would also like to give you some advice to prevent this from happening in the future:
If someone calls you from a known company, make sure to ask for his company credentials for future reference. This way, you can contact the company they represent to confirm the identity of the person who contacted you.
You need to make sure that the number or email of the person contacting you is registered on the website of company. If you are unsure, you can always end the call and use the registered contact details on their website to continue the conversation.
As a general rule, you shouldn't trust companies that used gmail.com (or any other unofficial domain). Normally, companies have their own websites and their representatives use it as the domain on their emails (as you can, ours is @eneba.com, for example)
Gift cards can't be used as a payment method. Don't let anybody tell you the opposite.
If you have doubts about who is contacting you, you can always take your time to review all the information that we have mentioned before. Any company will always allow you to take time - even if it takes days.
Sincerely, I hope that whoever has done this to you will pay for the consequences of their actions. I assure you that we will do everything we can to prevent this from happening again.

My 14 year old just got his 1st bank card and was tricked into buying some code for whatever fifa is here is the code ( MD6KF-2FRQX-W369F-DFQGD-442RZ )
from your site in exchange for some items in fortnite. Upon giving this person the code the person blocked him as he is a scammer. Below is the actual entire conversation , I need the above code BANNED and the scammer banned via his ip address/ mac address and my minors cash refunded asap. I would prefer to not have to have my credit union be forced to reverse this. I have no clue how my minor was allowed to make a purchase without verifying he was over 18, I am concerned his bank account number and card numbers will need to be changed now to ensure his account safety. My Cell is ************ please have someone call me ASAP to fix this situation .
I am happy to assist Law Enforcement in any way to make sure this person does not keep doing this to more minor children.
