The Eneos Group is pleased to offer you employment on the following terms:
I am pleased to inform you that The Eneos Group would like to offer you employment on the following terms:
Position: Your initial title will be Data Entry position, and you will initially report to your hiring manager online
via Zoom/Teams. This is a full-time/part-time position. While you render services to the Company, you can still be
engaged in any other employment, consulting, or other business activity (with part-time) that wouldn't create any
conflict of interest with the Company. By signing this letter agreement, you confirm to the Company that you have
no contractual commitments or other legal obligations that would prohibit you from performing your duties for
the Company.
Cash Compensation: The Company will pay you a starting salary at the rate of $35.00 per hour and the training
$25.00 per hour. Payable in accordance with the Company's standard payroll schedule. You will be receiving your
salary either via check or direct deposit, whichever you specify during your hiring interview.
Employee Benefits: As a regular employee of the Company, you will be eligible to participate in many
Company-sponsored benefits. In addition, you will be entitled to paid vacation by the Company's
vacation policy, as in effect from time to time.
Data Entry Job Description:
- Prepares source data for computer assistance by compiling and sorting information; and establishing entry
priorities.
- Processes data and account source documents by reviewing data entry for deficiencies; resolving
discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for
resolution.
- Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or
optical scanner according to screen format.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data;
combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate
duplication of data.
- Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; and reviewing output.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; and reporting needed changes.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies;
placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning data projects; expediting work results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Tax Matters:
(a) Withholding. All forms of compensation referred to in this letter agreement are subject to reduction
to reflect applicable withholding and payroll taxes and other deductions required by law.
(6) Tax Advice. You are encouraged to obtain your tax advice regarding your compensation from the
Company. You agree that the Company does not have a duty to design its compensation policies in a
manner that minimizes your tax liabilities.
7. Interpretation, Amendment, and Enforcement. This letter agreement is the complete agreement
between you and the Company, contains all of the terms of your employment with the Company, and
supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether written, oral, or implied)
between you and the Company. This letter agreement may not be amended or modified, except by an
express written agreement signed by both you and a duly authorized officer of the Company. The terms
of this letter agreement and the resolution of any disputes as to the meaning, effect, performance, or
validity of this letter agreement or arising out of, related to, or in any way connected with, this letter
agreement, your employment with the Company or any other relationship between you and the
The company (the "Disputes") will be governed by USA and Canadian law, excluding laws relating to
conflicts or choice of law. You and the company submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the
federal and state courts located in any USA and CANADA in connection with any Dispute or any claim
related to any Dispute.
We hope that you will accept our offer to join the company. You may indicate your agreement with
these terms and accept this offer by signing and dating the agreement letter and returning them to me.
This offer, if not accepted, will expire at the close of business on 13/01/2024. As required by law, your
employment with the company is contingent upon your providing legal proof of any of your identity ID
cards and authorization to work in the United States or CANADA e.g. Driver License. Your
employment is also contingent upon your starting work with the company on or when available to start.
