Enerpower sells customers solar panels with no intent to complete the job. They sign you up and immediately install the panels so that you are locked in. They tell you it takes 2 months for the permits to go through but they never apply for permits and fail to respond to inquiries. They install the panels so they can get paid by the finance company.
