Information was exchanged by email or text only. We were wanting to buy an English Cocker Spaniel. The cost was $550 plus $150 which help pay for the transportation to our state. Later when the puppy was supposed to be on her way there was a supposed delay, she needed a thermal crate because of bad weather. At the cost of $1500 which would be refunded at 98%. I checked with the shipping company and they say they don’t charge for those crates, nor do they offer refunds. Yet the person with the puppy asked for the money and to send it via gift cards. I did not, and needless to say I don’t have the puppy or my original money..
