Bought a necklace for Christmas. The shipping was 8-10 days. The tracking number provided says "status not available" because "The tracking number may be incorrect or the status update is not yet available." It never shipped so I reached out through email and Facebook messenger because those were the two ways since there was not a phone number. I heard nothing back via email and messenger it said "thank you for your message. It's a break now." I looked on the Facebook page and other people have had this issue too of ordering and not receiving anything.
