Please be aware - I saw this product, Enhance Mind IQ advertised on Instagram - I assumed it was reputable because it appeared that it was backed by the Shark Tank stars - (MISLEADING).

When I attempted to check out after trying to order one bottle, the pop-up box misleads you and you end up ordering extra bottles. Absolutely MISLEADING -

I tried to cancel my order within a few days after I saw the charges on my account, but they would not allow me to cancel it; I had to wait until the bottles arrived and, here's the RIP-OFF - I never touched the bottles, but they are charging me a $5 DOLLAR RESTOCKING FEE FOR EVERY BOTTLE - Absolutely criminal.

They are preying on people who try to cancel their orders. This is a SCAM - I will continue to report them until something is done to stop them.

If they do this to every order, they will make millions of dollars just from the cancelled orders. period.

initial order included another order not chosen...usually 30 day trial reduced to14 day "risk free trial", product shipping took 7 days, so after 7 days, 89.92 charged, then 97.63 on 2nd product that was not ordered. not ordered...perfect scam

Hello how are you doing hope all is well. I made a purchase online for a product called enhance mind IQ it is supposed to help the brain focus more and give the mind and body more energy. The problem is the company says it is a free trial but it turns out that is not the case. But it gets even worse when you try to call the company to cancel your subscription they tell you that if you cancel they are going to charge you $45.00 for the supposed to be free bottle that was sent to me. On the website it says if you don"t like the product call and cancel and there will be no more products sent, when you call though it is so hard to cancel they do not want you to cancel and try to scare you into staying on with them. I've read other reviews now where even after people canceled they still continued to charge the persons credit card and I am scared this is going to happen to me. This company is a huge scam and needs to be looked into. Please help me out and contact me if you need any further information at [email protected] or at (302)298-5169.
