I sent a not so nice email back, claiming that it was their responsibility.
I contacted the company's customer service via email. Their response on 10/22/2021:
The express maybe has been sent to other places. As you have been waiting for a long time, I suggest we resend the product for you to make up for the mistake, is it OK? Please provide us with your correct address again. THANKS! If you think the solution is not good enough, please let us know.
