Enliven goods claim to sale goods and have great customer service. But has yet to contact me or I them in two weeks in a number of ways phone no answer, email no reply, web site no response. They have yet to provide what was order?

I tried to email back to cancel the order and the emails were undeliverable. If you call it says the Google customer cannot be reached. My husband seems to be a vacuum for these companies. He suffers from mild dementia. I can usually get the orders canceled. But not this one.
