We called the number given online by google for the Grand Blanc, Michigan branch of Enterprise Rent-A-Car and the person claiming to be an Enterprise employee informed us of a promotion involving a discount if the car is paid for/rented with American Express gift cards and asked for driver’s license number, expiration date, preferred drop-off location and preferred car type, and told us to call back with the gift card information at a different given phone number and given a reference # to provide on call-back. After purchasing the cards and calling back we were told that the reservation was made for the next day and that everything was all set to go. Upon arriving at the branch for pick-up, we were informed that there was no promotion, reservation, or an employee with the name of the representative we made the reservation with.
