Enterprising Software Solutions LLC also operates under the name Technovo LLC. Both are scam companies. They will tell the customer (typically elderly) that their computer needs to be updated or repaired and they can "fix" it for X amount of dollars. What they actually do is get the customer to download a mirror program of their hard drive so that any and all information saved in that hard drive is accessible to them. Seems harmless at first, until they steal all of your passwords and then extort you for more money. This company does not update or fix any of your computer problems. In 2020 alone, they stole at least $1500 from me. I've asked for a refund since there is no evidence on my hard drive that they helped me in any way and the guy laughed at me on the phone. The receipt says 100% guarantee but that is a lie. My advice, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL ONLY STEAL YOUR MONEY. And, by the way, they've tried to call our second telephone line with the same nonsense.

Tactic: blaring voice alert on computer that there is a security threat.

Said not to shut down computer or all would be lost. Had a phone number to call in or to resolve.

I called.

They said they would maintain over 5 years protection. Request was for check via scan or phone photo copy of check.
