I placed an order with this company for a full body pillow and going through my emails of purchases online. I realized I never got this order and it’s over a year ago. I went on shop.com to track it and it shows that the order was placed and that’s it, I have been emailing and emailing and emailing but to no avail. I paid almost $40 for this item and I am trying to get my money back.

I saw ad on Facebook on 11/23/2021 for the Entire Comfort Body Pillow and it included a link to a fully functioning website. I actually bought 2 pillows. I was sent a confirmation email and an order number (#4877). Around January I sent an email asking when I could expect my order. I was giving them some leeway with shipping because of the holidays and Covid. I never received a response to my email. Today (6/6/22) I was going through my emails and realized that I had never received the pillows but my bank account (I used the debit card attached to my checking account) had been charged $40.35 on 11/23/21. I tried to go to the website but it took me to webpage for opening a new domain with that website's name so I knew it was a scam. Sure enough, I saw 4 other people on this site had been scammed by them as well.

Ordered pillow, Paid, Never Received

I ordered (Order #2318) and paid $39.95 immediately with my Debit Card for an Entire Comfort Anti Pain Pillow in November 2021. I've contacted the 'company" through email with attached copies of the confirmation email I received from them confirming my order.

I just now looked up the company on the internet and found out it's a fake company scam. There is no phone number to contact them and whoever it is I want my money refunded.

First thing Monday I'm going to my financial institution to see if they can get this credited back into my account in some way.

I feel like an [censored].

On November 17, 2021 I ordered three pillows from entirecomfort pillows.comFor the amount of $119.85. Which I never got any email confirmation or Order number. But they did take the money out of my bank account. They have no address no phone number only a message to contact them on their website which I have done with no reply. They are truly a scam.
