I never received my order. I called and contacted the company which I received a very nasty email from a rep name Amanda Linkin. Some how my sisters address was incorrect as they said but I have sent many things to the same address from different companies that arrived. This was a gift to my sister in remembrance of her father who just passed. I order the item back in June right before Fathers day and still to this day we have not received anything. I have emailed the company over and over and no response. The tracking number she claimed was not true post office had no record of this tracking number as I do receive alerts from all delivery companies.

I just received an empty box from them. Turn around time wasn’t that bad, however, there was no product. Just now emailed and will await a response. If I don’t get any I will dispute the charge.

I also have had a similar experience as those above. I purchased on 4 November 2019 as Christmas presents for my 3 adult children . After 3 emails requesting the status , and receiving one curious reply on one of these questioning the exact nature of my order, I am fearing the worst. I ordered 2 personalized items on November 21st. Initially the website indicated the items would be shipped within a week. I contacted the company within 2 hours of the order to modify the order (as allowed at the time from the site - gave you 24 hours to modify orders) and received no response. I then sent another email within a few days after no response and got a nasty response that no orders can be modified once submitted per policy on the site. Which had been changed since my order. I received a few emails from the "CEO" indicating orders were still be processed and would be shipped as soon as they were made. On December 20th, I received a tracking number but was told to wait at least 24-48 hours to see the package actually shipped. I emailed the company on December 26th stating the tracking still indicated pre-shipment (i.e. item hadn't shipped). I got an email back a few hours later indicating USPS doesn't pick up on Weekends or Holidays. At that point there had been 3 possible days USPS could pick up the package without it being a weekend or holiday. I did threaten to dispute the charge with my CC. I then received another nasty email back stating that is fine but they have pictures and proof of shipment. I requested the pictures of my items and an update on the shipment on December 27th and still have not received a response from the company 5 days later. I have disputed the charge with my CC and urge everyone to not purchase from this company as it is clearly a scam.

I ordered 2 (two) personalized blue line wall decor for my sons back on November 27th 2019. I paid the amount, I did not receive a confirmation email or order number. I have been trying to contact this company via email (the only way to contact) to no avail. I have contacted my bank and they are helping me to get to the bottom of this. DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this company. They are still on Facebook and there are still consumers buying from them.

Yes they are and I was one of those people ordered something in June and still have not gotten anything. They claimed the address was incorrect which was a clear lie
