Same exact thing happened to me when I tried to purchase an air purifier through them. The PayPal payment when to "Doan Le" with [email protected]. Nowhere did it mention Entoida or the description of the item I purchased. I never received any email from Entoida itself about my order, no confirmation or order or shipping or anything. I tried contacting that yahoo email to no avail, and the email on their website is undeliverable.

Purchased an item via website over two weeks ago. Checked email for tracking information. Tried contacting the customer service email, but was given auto response via Gmail that the email address was unable to be reached and attempted 4 separate automated resend attempts with no positive result. The email listed with the paypal account that was listed on receipt that took the payment was also listed as invalid when tried to contact. Email on paypal was a Yahoo account. I purchased a four shelve sterilte container.

I purchased a Sterlite Cabinet from this company online and paid by Paypal. I never received an email confirmation of my purchase, which I thought was unusual and the only receipt I have is what came up on their website right after purchasing the item, showing my shipping address as my billing address. I tried to contact the company immediately to ensure they shipped the item to the right address and got a voicemail. I left a message, and then another the next day and everyday since. No one call returned. I've emailed them at the two email addressed I found on the website and both are invalid and the emails came back undeliverable. I believe this company is also doing business under the name REALIZA.com. This is a fraudulent company. I've filed a complaint through Palpay and will following up with my credit card company if Paypal does not stop the payment. Why these companies can continously scam people and get away with it is beyond me. But obviously from the complaints I'm finding online about them now, no one is monitoring these companies or convicting them.
