I have hired Envirotech to help me w a rodent problem last yr. At the time I was VERY distraught to have had a creature in my home. The company sent someone to my house who did what they considered an inspection of the premises, leaving only a black rat box behind my house. I was then roped into a yr contract in which i would be charged three more quarterly rates in which stipulated that i could call them back to the house any time of the day or night if a problem occurred.That being said I have tried to call them for months, always reaching the same voicemail, in which I always left a message. I never got a response. Meanwhile, Twice a notice was hung on my door stating an/ outdoor inspection was done on my property when i wasnt home and i was charged for the service, The first time I got the door notice, I immediately called them back and said unless I called and unless I was home I would not pay for that bill. I told them I didnt trust the idea that they did any kind of inspection if I wasnt there to witness it. I told them unless they followed up with an indoor house inspection I wouldnt pay the bill< via par contract. Since that conversation i received invoices in the mail and have continually tried to contact them further to dispute the bill, leaving at least three messages a week since last spring, 2016. I went as far as looking up address on website in the hope I could talk to someone face to face to take care of the dispute. I went to said address and found it was not an Envirotech office, but a self storage shed rental facility. I went in and the lady working there said they had gotten many correspondences for Envirotech there and others were looking for Envirotech at their business address.The lady told me she looked up Envirotechs website also and was stunned to see her place of business address listed on it, This led me to feel like I was being scammed. I have continually tried to call them again, for months, all times of the day, leaving messages, and again no response. Then i received a letter from a collections agency, and this is why I am writing you. I dont know what more I can do. I dont even think they are a legitimate company. And if they are, frankly they suck at customer service. I need your help.
