I didn't receive anything then when i checked my credit card, i have charges for $*** & $***. 12/26/2017 -I called the company and asked the Indian representative to 1) cancel my account; 2) never send me any product; 3) reverse the charges on my credit card. I was told they cannot reverse the charges because I should have cancelled the account within 14 days. I didn't even get their products. They will only refund partial of the amount.
12/27/2017 - I checked my credit card and i have another charge for $***. I called Ephamere asking why charge me again when I just cancelled their account. This gal from India- I spoke to-Susan, was very rude and unhelpful. I asked her to send me an email to confirm my cancellation and she insisted there is no need for an email. I requested the credit card company to block off the charges, but they said they cannot block it off because the merchant has to remove the charges themselves. This is very inconvenient and this company offers a very deceptive promo.
