We purchased a relatively expensive Maine [censored] cat from Epic Blue Falls cattery. Luxis pet transportation was to deliver our cat on Thursday 8/23/2018 to Clinton National Airport, in Little Rock, AR. I received a confirmation that everything was paid in full, and that our pet was scheduled to be at Little Rock airport at 6:30p. Luxis transportation did not give any information on where to meet the pilot / aircraft. I therefore asked for an aircraft Tail Number to track the flight and determine where to meet the airplane. No response from Luxis until about 1 hour before the pilot/aircraft was supposed to deliver our pet. They indicated that the pet didn't meet "regulatory age restrictions for travel" and the flight was cancelled. I attempted sending both Epic Blue Falls and Luxis Transportation e-mails, and called them + left messages. They will not return calls or e-mails. Now their phones are rejecting all calls. I am out a lot of money and still haven't been able to acquire our new family member. The Seller David Evan is not to be trusted. He will be friendly and responsive until he get’s your money. He will even give you the illusion that your new family member is only days away from being shipped. But… You’ll never get your pet and you’ll be out of money. David will also ask you to make a Venmo payment. The Venmo payments go to a guy by the name of Anthony Aguila. David Evan says that Anthony Aguila is his brother-in-law… but you can’t believe a word from David. This is a terrible scam to play on people because you have emotional factors related to your pet/family members.

• Do not trust www.epicbluefalls.com their phone number 819-200-7572 it is legitimate phone and you may get a text or voice response, until you send money, then after they get your money they will block your calls.
