I ordred these shoes on 9-25-2023. I have not received them nor any tracking information. I attempted to email them 3 times. After my first email, i received a response from email "[email protected]" that said they would update me that day but i never received anything else from them. I then sent 2 additional unanswered emails attempting to get an update. The website says my order is still awaiting fullfillment.
